6 speed manual transmission. If you are looking for a time capsule Combi this is probably not your car but if you are looking for a mechanically sound car that is a good looking 10 foot car then perhaps this is the car for you. I acquired this car about a year ago while it was in rough shape. I spent about six months restoring it to its former glory. I had intended to use it as a daily but unfortunately it's not quite fuel efficient for my nearly 100 mile daily commute. It's also not quite fun enough to be my weekend fun car. I currently have an e39 M5 for that. For that reason I am selling it as much as I really like this car, I just have too many right now. The good things about this car. It's probably too long to list but I will try. I have spent nearly 4500 in parts in the last year on this car. I have replaced the Clutch, Pressure Plate, Slave Cylinder, Rear Main Seal, Both Torque Mounts, driver side Engine Mount, Thermostat, Thermostat Housing, Thermostat Housing Hose O-Rings, Coolant Pump, Control Arms with Ball Joints, Inner and Outer Tie Rods, Sway Bar End Links, Transaxle Axle Seals, Gearbox Oil, Engine Air Filter, Cabin Air Filter, Coil Packs, Spark Plugs, Ac Compressor, AC Flex Lines, and Fuel Tank Sending Unit. The Car comes with Continental Extreme Contact DWS tires with less than 500 miles on them. I also steam cleaned the Transmission while it was out and repainted the car's Subframe. The car is a Texas car from new with zero rust anywhere. The bad things about this car. The car is missing the front Aero Lip and Splash Guard. The alarm sometimes goes off randomly. There is a very small oil weep from the timing cover leaves, maybe 1-2 drops per night. The glovebox stop is broken so it drops to the floor when opened. One of the ECU pins broke off which has been cold soldered back together and has worked for 2 thousand miles with no issues. I broke one of the RMS guide holes when removing it. The crack is outside the sealing surface and I fixed it with steel epoxy. Has worked for 2 thousand miles without leaking. The car has been resprayed in the past reportedly due to clear coat fading with some overspray and orange peel. The car has plenty of blemishes around it. The driver's seat has been re-upholstered and it looks good but is different material than other seats. I am asking 9,000 which I think is fare given the condition, rarity and recent maintenance performed. As you can Imagine I have far more than that invested in it. My loss is your gain, it is an amazing car. I wish I had space to keep it around.

Selling my 9-3 Aero to someone interested in a small project. Runs well but a power steering leak has kept it in the garage. I have owned this car since 2010 and its been well maintained by a Saab specialty shop (have all records documented). GOOD: Common issues like expansion tank and fuel sensor have been replaced. Tires last replaced at 113,000 PIRELLI P7. Battery replaced 2020. Working cupholder. No codes or messages except tire sensor. Overall in decent shape. Exterior in ok condition except some paint scratches at driver side rear, I have the paint repair kit. NOT SO GOOD: Driver side seat cover is in poor condition, needs to be replaced. The hood latch sometimes does not release. The rear left window motor needs to be repaired. Car drives but power steering is out, causing smoking due to leak. Will need to coordinate how to transport it. I love this car, hoping to send it off to another good home. Please let me know if there are additional questions!

Own this super fast 9-3 Aero with all wheel drive. The manual makes it fun to drive. Body is in great shape and white interior is decent. New alternator, steering, but currently XWD needs service and it could be a $1200 fix that I just don't want to deal with. Car could be great for someone who loves Saab's like I do but I just can't deal with the computer issues and the need for the Tech 2 computer every time an error comes on info. Great condition Combi. Well maintained - almost all maintenance records included. Interior in great condition with no tears in the leather seats. Exterior also in great condition with a few very minor flaws. Tires have at least 80% tread remaining. Selling because my wife and I purchased a new car. VA inspection passed last month. Within the past few months the valve cover gasket and spark plugs have been replaced. 127,XXX miles -- mainly highway.
This is a great car. Amazingly fun to drive and has great space. Has a cracked muffler and needs new brakes. Had a dent and scrape on the outside but nothing major. Inside has normal wear and tear.

The car is running the original ALU 79 XWD V-spokes, which were just refinished (no curb rash at all), tires at 7-8/32" tread. 214,000 km (133,000 miles) Always adult owned and well taken care of. it runs excellent without any issues. Everything works as it should and it is completely stock. Tires are Continental Extreme Contact. 4 Viggen wheels are in excellent condition also. Seats are black and very nice. Recent work include: New Flex pipe and resonator, new rear shock (perfect shock towers) new brakes all around including hand brake shoe pads. Very solid car. Left lower rear quarter panel was touched up so paint does not quite match - not expensive to fix, just need the right body shop to match the color. I can provide more pics if interested. I have all records dating back from 2005 to current. This Viggen is in very good mechanical shape. No accidents, Pcv is updated and Viggen rescue steering brace was installed (Genuine Saab). Aftermarket 17 inch rims. (I do have the original Saab rims also). Tires are Dunlop Direzza DZ102. Window tint, AC/Heating works, Installed aftermarket Android based double DIN radio, rear speakers replaced with Pioneer TS-A6976S. Also a short throw shifter was installed ( Taliaferro Imports, Inc). The cons to this car, paint is not the best, also passenger door lock tab will not go up and down. This is a small repair from what I am told. Always willing to discuss offers.

Selling my 6 speed manual Turbo X. It has a freshly rebuilt engine. I have receipts and paperwork. The engine work consists of replacing head gaskets, head bolts, all upper gaskets valve cover intakes etc. Replaced timing chains (3) and tensioner as well as guides. All valves relapped and cleaned, replaced thermostat, replaced turbo cartridge, replaced coolant overflow. Both systems (coolant and oil) flushed and cleaned, replaced spark plugs and ignition coils. Both heads pressure tested and machined resurfaced as well as new headlights. The car is in good condition and running amazing now.

6-speed manual, 4-cyl turbo, 2.0 L, in good condition. I'm the original owner with all records from maintenance. It was recently inspected by a Saab specialist who said it only requires minor age-related fixes. It has a new serpentine belt and brakes (installed at 62k), good tires, new battery (July), and a recent oil change (August). Of note is that (1) the fuel sender needs to be replaced, and (2) the speedometer reads 10 MPH less than the actual speed (something disconnected behind the instrument panel). The exterior is in good condition with two scuffs on the rear quarter panels, and the interior is in great condition with minor wear on the driver's seat. The vehicle has: (1) Comfort Package (heated front seats, headlamp washers, auto-dimming rear mirror, garage opener); (2) Bose Centerpoint Sound System (Bose speakers, 6-disc CD changer, XM radio); (3) Power Moonroof; (4) 17" 5-spoke wheels; and (5) OnStar System. Photo for display only (although the color is right). My mother is selling her 2008 9-3 SS. 089143 miles (actual miles, single owner, non-smoker). Base model, automatic. The only flaw I am aware of is the driver's seatbelt doesn't retract on its own (she uses one of those shoulder pads that keeps the belt from rubbing on her and I think it's gotten the retractor dirty.) This is the prototypical, little old lady owned car. Took it in to service if the "Low Tire Pressure" light came on. No lie. Has both keys. Available October 23.
For sale is my beloved 2007 9-3 SportCombi. Very clean low mileage example in exceptional condition with no rips or tears in the interior. Runs and drives perfectly and shifts smoothly. Originally a Pennsylvania car from there it went to the dealer in New York I bought it from earlier this year. Car is loaded out with rain sensing wipers, memory seats, xenon headlights, and premium stereo with trunk mounted subwoofer. I added a factory nav unit that is fully functional, original 6 disc changer unit included. I have loved to drive this car but feel that it should go to someone who can take better care of it than me, I am also moving to Mississippi and insurance is expensive so I am needing to thin the fleet. Her traction control sensor is broken, which is why the dash light are on. She's been sitting and so she needs some break work. One of the tires goes flat about once a month and probably needs a new wheel. Otherwise she is in good shape. She has a bit of rust on the drivers back fender, but otherwise the body is fairly rust free (no major issues that I can see). Her interior is in good shape with the exception of typical wear on the driver's seat from entering/exiting the vehicle (see photo). Moon roof works, windows work, tires only have about 2,000 miles on them. Transmission pulls great and fast. Radio and CD player work. No oil leaks or any other kind of fluid leaks that I've noticed. She has been garage kept until I moved 8 months ago. She's been a great vehicle and needs another good home. This Saab is in great condition, no work needed! It makes a great little speedy city car and also does well in the snow. Just put on 4 brand new tires in 2020, brand new ECM 2021, new air conditioning unit 2020 and full synthetic oil changes every 5k religiously. There is a minor dent on the left front bumper that is hardly noticeable and doesn't affect the performance of the car. Clean title in hand! Very sad to be selling this car as I have driven only Saabs for the last 11 years, but needed a large SUV for my current lifestyle. Hoping to pass it on to another Saab lover!

Bought this car in 2011 with 139K on it. Intended for my son's college transportation but I fell in love with it and let him drive my Jeep to school. This car has a smooth shifting 6-speed manual transmission and a wood and leather steering wheel that make it a real pleasure to drive. Mechanically sound, good A/C & heater, Pirelli Cinturato P7s at 182,000 miles. Brand-new SAAB full headlight assemblies in 2017. Leather interior in exceptional condition, exterior has a few dings but in very good condition overall. Factory OEM SAAB roof rack crossbars included. Passed 2021 emissions check. This is a hard pill to swallow. For sale is my beautiful 1999 9³. It's a 1999 in the one year only Green Silver Mica with just under 123,000 miles. It's a manual 5 speed. It has new Pirelli P Zero all season tires on BBS RX wheels. Forge BOV. Just had new Bilstein B8's installed all the way around with eibach springs. Water pump, thermostat and radiator hoses were all just replaced. Brand new genuine Mercedes Benz G48 coolant. Serpentine belt and all associated pulleys just replaced. New genuine DIC a couple years ago. New NGK copper plugs. I've owned her for about 5 years. Was not planning on selling (ever) but life had other ideas. Comes with the original delta wheels, and aero side skirts and aero front bumper I was planning on installing, as well as an extra grill. Also has E code headlight lenses and new premium bulbs. Only flaws are some clear coat failing (hood, roof, rear bumper.) SID screen is pixelated. Have a spare that comes with it so one can be repaired. Passenger front window needs new green rollers. A two owner (same family) 2011 Saab 9-3X SportCombi Wagon with many options including : moonroof, heated seats, XM radio, cold AC, strong transmission and a brand new inspection sticker good til 9/22! Recent work included new rear shocks and new front sway bars totaling $2000, We still average 22 + mpg. I am sad to have to put my Viggen up for sale, as only the second owner it breaks my heart to let her go. I want the third owner to have the passion for SAAB and the commitment to keeping the soul of the car happy just like the first two owners were. This is a special car and defaultly was born of jets! She is fast when she needs to be, and still a comfortable ride. Unfortunately the Transmission needs work, it is slipping and repair/replacement is beyond what I can do myself or afford professionally. The driver seat has a rip in it that needs repairing, Absolutely no part-out sales This jet still has her wings! However, she has a few needed repairs (See Below) that are beyond my ability to make happen today.
Very good condition inside and out, exclusively serviced by Saab mechanic. Garage kept during my ownership. I believe the engine is performance tuned but have no info on that. Engine, clutch pull strong. Never had any mechanical issues and extremely well maintained. Owned for 4 years, purchased with 82k mikes. BPS short throw shifter, Sony head unit with steering wheel controls. After market wheels. Super clean in and out. Rides and drives great. Body and interior in excellent shape for age/mileage. Minimal rust at wheel well corners. Rust on subframe close to needing replacement or being cut out and repaired. Fun little car that I really like but it's time to pass it on. Interior is in good shape with only a little leather peeling on driver seat. Exterior is fair with dings and scratches. Both bumpers have been repainted and are peeling paint. Drivetrain is solid and I did a full xwd service 5000mi ago. Freshly rebuilt turbo with upgraded internals. Battery sometimes goes dead if you leave the key in the ignition and passenger door speaker doesn't work but otherwise electrical is fine. No check engine light or any other malfunction indicators. This is a tough one. Dad bought the car new after the brand went under, and my mom drove it very sparingly for the next 10 years until her death. Extremely low miles as a result, always garaged and detailed frequently. XWD service performed 2x, every 15-20k. Oil changed every 1-4K miles, differential pump replaced, new tires at 20k. Full clear bra from new. Two door dings, one small crack in plastic front bumper, one unfortunate pool chemical spill stain on rear seat. Longtime Saab family with over two dozen in our history, would love to keep this but unfortunately doesn't fit us any longer. Likely one of the lowest mileage Saab's left period, let alone an XWD Combi.

Engine runs well with no check engine light. Car was owned and maintained by a Saab enthusiast. Repairs were done with OEM parts at Swedish Auto Sports in Cherry Hill, NJ. Tires have 7/32 remaining. Cons: (1) The clear coat is starting to fail on the mirror caps and front edge of the roof. Temporarily fixed using plastidip. (2) Radio doesn't work. There were only 600 made and only for 1 year a lovely car but I am 71 and not driving enough to own (2) cars. The original owner lived in Florida and I also live in South Florida and have owned the car for a little over a year. The car has new Pirelli P7, new battery, and has gone thru a complete upgrade when I purchased the car. This Turbo X has been maintained by independent Saab mechanics both by me and the original owner. Viggen is in very good mechanical shape with no rust and a ton of work done to it over the past year. Only reason I'm thinking of selling is to put it towards a house that popped up. Car has new brakes all around, a paint correction, brand new silicone coolant hoses and radiator. Pcv is updated and Viggen rescue was installed. The car also has included Koni suspension and boots, and a 22mm ARB (not yet installed as the suspension was recently replaced). The cons to this car, paint is not the best, front and rear bumpers are beat up and need some work. Otherwise no grinding and no issues with driving! Trans was rebuilt 55k miles ago. Pretty firm on the price as the entire engine bay has been almost fully renewed, and the flaws of this car are not affecting it's amazing driving experience. Not keen on selling it either as I love the car, but don't daily it and need the extra money at this time.

This Saab has the 2.0T motor and the automatic transmission with paddle shifters. Fully optioned for the year, including heated seats and parking assist, etc. I have used this car for going to and from work and it has been very reliable, with no warning lights or errors on the dash. There are a few bumps and dings from being almost 17 years old, but overall the car has been kept in good shape, and needs nothing mechanically. This is a true Aero and has all the bells and whistles as such. I am selling due to having purchased a new Saab. Feel free to text or call me with any questions.
